Gujarat has world tallest statue, the Statue of Unity. It has an observation deck, ferry ride, picture gallery, museum, the valley of flower, and many others. With all of these things, another addition is a helicopter ride to enjoy the view of surrounding of Statue of unity, Sardar Sarovar Dam, and mountains.
The helicopter ride was launched in the middle of December 2018. It allows the visors to enjoy the aerial view of the Sardar Sarovar Dam, the Statue of Unity, the Narmada River and the Satpura and Vindhya hills. You can see the glorified view of nature.
The helicopter accommodates 5 to 7 person and gives you a ride of 10 minutes. The booking charges are INR 2,900 for one helicopter ride. You can’t take the tickets of the helicopter ride online. It means visitors have to buy tickets from the sites.
The nearby area of the Statue of Unity has been declared as a private vehicle-free zone. The buses take the visitors from the parking place to the statue of unity complex to keep the environment clean and green. It also keeps the traffic under control.
