Cancellation and refund policy
- 100% refund if cancelled before the scheduled arrival date by 10 days.
- 50% refund if cancelled before 5 days of the scheduled arrival date (but less than 10 days).
- No refund if cancelled less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- In case of any date change, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of a primary guest name change, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of an existing room category downgrade, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- In case of triple occupancy, any person above six years of age will be charged as an extra person (with a mattress).
