• 2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
• 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
• Visit to Sardar Sarovar Dam View & Selfie Point, Valley of Flower and The Statute of Unity Laser Show on Day 1, visit to Nilkanth Dham Temple at poicha on Day 2. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• Accommodation in cottages is on twin sharing basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Tax rate would be GST 12% (CGST 9% and SGST 9%).
• Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).
• Entry Ticket to Statue of Unity Viewing Gallery is included in this package.
• Statue of Unity remains closed on Every Monday so any guest opting for check in on Monday shall be taken on Tuesday morning after check out to valley of flower, view point and Statue of Unity from 09.00 am to 12.00 pm.
• Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 7 days from the check-in date
• 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 10 days from the check-in date
• 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 15 days from the check-in date
• 15% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
• Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation policy
• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
• In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
• Pick-up and drop-off are only from Kevadiya Bus stop on SIC (Seat-in-Coach) Basis. (The request for Pick Up/ Drop has to be informed 07 days before check in date)
• The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity tent city is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa.
• Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
• In case of late arrival at hotel, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
• In case of early arrival at hotel, guests can pay early check in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check in time as prescribed.
• Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present.
• Any amendments with respect to change in check-in dates would attract 15% Amendment Charge. Amendment in date can be made maximum 15 Days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any change in guest/guests names would be treated as cancellation and would attract cancellation charges as stipulated. • Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
• Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop ,electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk.
• This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
• All cottages are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per In-house rules.
• Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
• Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
• The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability for loss of Baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening what so ever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per cottages. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their Insurance Company prior to travel to Statue of Unity Tent city.
• Normal tickets upto viewing gallery is included in package rates. The guests who want to opt for express tickets can buy the same from soutickets.in directly.
• Visit to Statue of Unity premises and Nilkanth Dham Temple is subject to change/cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances.
• Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & condition is subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
